So Dash is a pretty cool cat. When I got back from my walk, he jumped up on the stroller to say Hello. He looks like fun- wish I was old enough to chase him around, but all in due time. Though I don't think it's that funny that he keeps pushing my baby pumpkin off of the counter. What's up with that?! Pick on your own pumpkin, man.
I love playing the game "Where are my thumbs?" Especially when I'm telling Mom, very politely of course, that I would like a bite to eat, and she's trying to accommodate me. Makes me giggle when I do this in the middle of the night (yes, I really do know my days from nights, but don't tell the 'Rents). Then I decide to play "Who cares if you don't have thumbs, just stuff the whole thing in your mouth" for a while. While crying that I'm never fed. Heh heh.
Other things that I'm interested in are: The Ceiling in the Den. Hiccuping. Scratching My Face. Making My Funniest Faces when the Camera isn't Around. Making My Own Schedule. My Bionic Ear. Oh, did I not tell you about that? During my hearing test, I got a 175 in my left ear (160 is passing) and a 461 in my right! Blew that sucker off the scale. Nurse hadn't seen a number like that in a while. This comes in handy when I need to hear what's going on in the other room, like when dinner is being served, so I can time my feedings properly (see previous mention of Making My Own Schedule). The other night I got it down perfectly- right when Mom's plate hit the table, I started crying for food. This supersonic hearing is going to be fun!
I also like screeching like a howler monkey. (I'm taking Mom's word that I sound like a howler monkey, as I have never heard one). Just randomly, to keep everyone on their toes. Any suggestions for other animals I can imitate? I'm thinking lion next, as that sounds more manly than howler monkey. But I'm open to ideas, seeing as my world experience has been limited thus far.
Oh, another thing I like is the website cakewrecks.blogspot.com. I think Mom has mentioned it before, but here is a new post that made her almost split her c-section incision: http://cakewrecks.blogspot.com/2008/10/confessions-of-cake-wrecker.html Maybe the timing of it helped to tickle her funny bone, seeing as she recently went through something similar.
So that's a start of my list of things I like. Hope there are more great things to come!
